My work attire of choice usually involves 4″ heels and a pencil skirt but yesterday’s calendar called for boots, a neon vest, hard hat and protective eyewear. With the opening of the Ewa Wing Expansion just over three months away, we decided to host a hard hat tour for local and international media. However, dress code in a construction site is strictly enforced: closed-toe boots, no skin showing from the waste down, covered shoulders and all the necessary safety accessories. (Yes, I called them accessories.) Who says you can’t be fashionable and construction ready?
