Choosing a Chicken Broth

I use chicken broth in a lot of dishes so when we discovered Luke’s list of allergies I figured I should read the label and make sure there wasn’t something in there he couldn’t eat. I was shocked when I discovered the long list of ingredients on the back! I figured chicken broth was just broth and some spices. It turns out many of them also contain soy, gluten, yeast and even dairy. (Talk about a wife fail. The one I was using had dairy in it and that was an allergy we’ve known about forever!) After reading label after label, I found one brand that he can eat.
